About These Terms
These Seller Terms & Conditions govern your participation as a seller on the Nature's Roots™ marketplace. By registering as a seller and using our platform to sell your products, you agree to these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before submitting your seller application.
1. Seller Eligibility
To become a seller on Nature's Roots™, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid business registration or applicable permits where required by law
- Maintain a valid email address and phone number
- Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
- Sell products that comply with our Product Guidelines
2. Application and Approval Process
All seller applications are subject to review and approval by Nature's Roots™. We may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity and business details. Nature's Roots™ reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason, though we typically provide feedback to help improve future applications.
3. Account Management
As a seller, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Keeping your business information up-to-date
- Ensuring accurate inventory levels and product descriptions
- Processing and fulfilling orders in a timely manner
- Communicating professionally with customers
4. Product Guidelines
All products listed on Nature's Roots™ must:
- Be related to gardening, plants, or outdoor living
- Be accurately described with complete information
- Include clear, high-quality images
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not infringe on any intellectual property rights
- Meet our quality standards for materials and craftsmanship
Nature's Roots™ reserves the right to remove any products that do not meet these guidelines.
5. Fees and Payments

As a seller, you are responsible for:
- Setting accurate shipping rates and delivery timeframes
- Shipping products within 2 business days of order placement (unless otherwise specified)
- Using appropriate packaging materials to ensure products arrive in excellent condition
- Providing tracking information for all shipments
- Addressing any delivery issues or lost packages
7. Returns and Refunds
Sellers must honor Nature's Roots™ standard 30-day return policy. You are responsible for:
- Accepting returns for eligible products
- Processing refunds promptly
- Covering return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or not as described
8. Customer Service
Sellers must:
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours during business days
- Address complaints and issues professionally and promptly
- Work with Nature's Roots™ to resolve any disputes
9. Seller Ratings and Reviews
Nature's Roots™ maintains a rating system for sellers based on:
Customer satisfaction
Based on reviews and feedback
Order fulfillment speed
Time between order and shipping
Communication responsiveness
Response time to inquiries
Product quality
Based on returns and complaints
Sellers with consistently low ratings may be subject to account review or suspension.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Nature's Roots™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account for:
- Repeated policy violations
- Selling prohibited items
- Persistent customer complaints
- Fraudulent activity
- Failure to fulfill orders
- Any other conduct that harms the marketplace or its reputation
11. Intellectual Property
By listing products on Nature's Roots™, you confirm that you have the legal right to sell these items and that they do not infringe on any patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Nature's Roots against any claims related to intellectual property infringement by your products.
12-14. Additional Terms
Confidentiality
Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and use it only for fulfilling orders and providing customer service.
Modifications
Nature's Roots™ may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the seller platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
